Ultimately, my clinical practice is focused on balance, growth, change, insight, and learning to live in the present with a sense of peace. My belief is that you are the "expert" of your own life. I will work with you collaboratively, to direct your life and support you in learning to live with passion, purpose and balance. Working with you to identify strengths, resources and successes, not just “fixing what is broken”. Helping you get what you want, improving your healthy coping skills and increasing your quality of life.

Dr. Aimee Jordan received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago, Illinois and is a licensed clinical psychologist in California. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Register of Health Services Providers in Psychology, a member of the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society, the California Psychological Associations and a member of the Bay Area Psychological Association. She has over 25 years of clinical experience with adolescents, adults, families and couples.
In addition to working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions, Dr Jordan has an interest in working with clients and families affected by chronic conditions, including auto- immune disorders, immunodeficiency, dysautonomia/POTS, ME/CFS, Lyme disease and other long term medical conditions, as well as parents, partners and other family members navigating the emotional impact of a loved one's illness. Living with a chronic illness often brings challenges that extend far beyond physical symptoms—grief, uncertainty, changes in identity, navigating complex healthcare systems, caregiver stress, and the impact on relationships and family life. Dr. Jordan provides a compassionate space to help clients process these experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and reconnect with a meaningful life while managing ongoing health challenges.
